Distilled in our state-of-the-art facility in the heart of Winnipeg, these spirits are the best of the best, utilizing only the highest quality ingredients (locally grown and produced when we can!), and hand bottled with the utmost care.

TALL GRASS VODKA

Our premium, craft Tall Grass Vodka begins with Manitoba wheat and rye, hand milled in small batches. Our distillation process purifies the vodka 20 times using our custom 20-plate still. This results in a remarkably smooth vodka with a soft fruit palette with caramel notes and long clean finish. Ideal for sipping neat, on the rocks, or perfectly paired with any vodka cocktail.

TALL GRASS WHITE RHUMB

In Canada to call something Rum it has be aged for a year. We didn't want to wait a year, so we're introducing Tall Grass White Rhumb! This refreshing spirit is distilled from blackstrap molasses. The result is a sweet and delicious 'rhumb' made in Winnipeg that you would swear came from the beaches of Cuba. Tall Grass White Rhumb perfect for sipping on the rocks or enjoying in your favourite cocktail (grab some cola and go nuts!).

TALL GRASS DILL PICKLE VODKA

This premium spirit begins with Tall Grass Vodka which is infused with real peppercorns, cucumbers, horseradish, and dill (no pickle juice here, only the real stuff!). The result is a delicious vodka infused with the flavours of pickle brine. It’s made specifically for Caesars. It’s also great in a Bloody Mary or dirty martini. Our best seller and an award winner!

TALL GRASS GIN

Award winning (many times over!) Tall Grass Gin is known for a citrus-forward, aromatic signature taste, expressing hints of coriander seed, rose hip, orange peel, cardamom, chamomile and lemongrass. Tall Grass Gin is a fan-favourite that makes for the perfect G+T, or can be used to craft the perfect cocktail. Infused with ten premium botanicals this craft gin is unique, distinctive, crisp, and one of a kind.

TALL GRASS OAKED RYE (DISTILLERY EXCLUSIVE)

Tall Grass Oaked Rye is small batch white rye that is carefully infused with oak spirals. The result is an exceptional, unaged, smooth spirit with rich, colourful flavours. These spirals don’t create the mellow flavours that a years long barrel aging process would, but that doesn’t mean this spirit isn’t delicious and refined. This spirit tastes great when mixed in your favourite classic or contemporary cocktails, as well as sipped neat or on the rocks.

TALL GRASS OAKED WHEAT GRAIN SPIRIT (LIMITED QUANTITIES IN STORE ONLY)

When the base of this spirit grows up (and is aged the required three years) it will be proudly be called Tall Grass Whisky. Until then we've quick aged our wheat spirit using oak spirals, bottled it up, and called it amazing! This beautiful oaky spirit is amazing on the rocks or used as a replacement in your favourite whisky cocktail. Is it whisky? Nope. Is it delicious? Heck ya it is!

TALL GRASS OAKED RHUMB (DISTILLERY EXCLUSIVE)

Tall Grass Oaked Rhumb begins as our Tall Grass White Rhumb which is quick-infused using oak spirals. The infusion provides a smooth, sweet, and complex taste with a bold aftertaste of oaked wood. Why do we call it ‘rhumb’? Because in Canada, to be called rum a spirit has to be aged for a year. (Ain’t nobody got time for that - plus, the Cubans don’t age their rum so there!). This tasty spirit is great solo or on the rocks, and works well in your favourite rum cocktails.

Tall Grass Rye Whisky is the first ever whisky offering from Capital K Distillery. Distilled from 100% Manitoba-grown rye, this incredible spirit is everything that we hoped it would be and more.
