Capital K Distillery Presents is where we get to have fun! These are ultra-premium products offered at an affordable price range so that we can flex our creativity and test the waters on some new products. Some will stick around, some won’t but they’ll always be 100% delicious and 100% craft. Produced from grain to bottle at our state-of-the-art distillery you can find our Capital K Distillery Presents line at our facility and at Manitoba Liquor Mart Stores (when indicated below).
MANITOBA MOONSHINE
Produced in small, limited batches from 100% Manitoba grown rye this premium, craft spirit is ultra-smooth and balanced. It is extremely unique, displaying distinctly sweet aromas of fruit, florals and honey, while harmoniously bringing forward hints of black pepper and clove on the palette. The finish is warm, with a lingering mellow spice for an overall clean, light bodied craft spirit unlike any other. It is best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail.
ESPRESSO VODKA
Calling all coffee lovers! We combine Deluca’s Espresso with our premium craft Vodka to create this cold-brew-like spirit. No sugar here just a rich and bold coffee vodka. Add ice and milk for an adult iced coffee, or mix with baileys for something creamy and sweet. It’s also great blended with ice cream or in a traditional cocktail like a White Russian.
GINGERBREAD RUM (SEASONAL)
Gingerbread Rum is distilled from molasses, and infused with our perfect blend of holiday spice. There's nothing better than a Christmas cookie on a cold Manitoba evening and this spirit is all that comforting yumminess and more! Try it solo on the rocks, in your favourite eggnog, hot chocolate, or creamy cocktail.
CRANBERRY GIN
Cranberry Gin starts with our award winning gin. We add real cranberry juice and mix to create the perfect blend of botanicals and tart cranberry. This spirit will take your G&T to the next level or you can mix it up and try in so many ways. With soda water, on the rocks, in a cocktail, or right out of the bottle. Cheers!
CHILI VODKA
Chili Vodka has been created to add a little spice to your life (and your drinks!). Throw it in a Caesar, use it in place of tequila in a ‘margarita’ or shake it up into a vodka martini. It’s also delicious with tropical juice (pineapple is our fave!). It’ll keep the Manitoba heat rolling all year round.
GRAPEFRUIT VODKA
Grapefruit Vodka was created to be easy drinking and delicious – the perfect take-anywhere spirit. A bold mix of Vodka and real fruit juices, it is really to be enjoyed however you see fit! Toss it on the rocks, add a splash of soda water, craft the cocktail of your dreams, or shoot it right out of the bottle (we don’t judge). We love this craft spirit and hope you do too.
PEAR GIN (DISTILLERY EXCLUSIVE)
This Manitoba-made spirit begins as our award-winning craft gin which is then mixed with the perfect amount of bright, refreshing pear juice. The result is an incredibly easy-drinking, universally appealing spirit with bright flavours of juicy pear and a semi-sweet finish. It is best enjoyed with a splash of soda water. For even more fun, mix it with Prosecco or your favourite mix.
