GOLDEN BOY

1.5 oz Tall Grass Oaked Rhumb
½ oz Lime juice (approximately half a lime squeezed)
½ oz Simple syrup
A pinch of turmeric
2 oz Pineapple juice
Soda water
In a shaker, combine all ingredients minus soda and shake vigorously with ice. Pour all contents of shaker into a tall glass, and top with soda water.

GRANDFATHER’S TODDY

1.5 oz Tall Grass Oaked Rhumb
½ oz Canadian maple syrup
½ oz Lemon juice (approximately half a lemon squeezed)
Hot water
Grab your favourite mug, and combine rhumb, syrup and lemon juice and stir. Top with hot water, perfect for those cold winter days!

MODERN FASHIONED

2 oz Tall Grass Oaked Rhumb
½ oz Simple syrup (1:1 sugar and water)
Orange peel
Citrus bitters
Matches
Combine rhumb, syrup and bitters in a double rocks glass half full of ice. Using a lit match and the orange peel, gently squeeze the outer orange peel over the match to spark and caramelized the orange peel oils. Gently coat the edge of the glass with the peel and drop it into the drink for a delicious sweet aroma with every sip. 

OAKED AMARETTO SOUR

1.5 oz Tall Grass Oaked Rhumb
½ oz Disaronno Amaretto 
½ oz Lemon juice (approximately half a lemon squeezed)
1 Egg white (or a ½ oz carton egg white)
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, and dry shake without ice for 10 seconds. Add ice to shaker, then wet shake until shaker is frosted on the outside. Pour all contents into a double rocks glass, garnish with a maraschino cherry or lemon wedge.
